The harvest, especially the organic harvest, can be unpredictable - nature is volatile. Nevertheless our customers expect the quality of juices and concentrates to remain consistent. When it comes to organic products, customers also want a differentiation between products based on the various different cultivation requirements. To achieve microbiological stability, vegetable juices can be acidified differently: with lemon juice or lemon juice concentrate or by means of lactic acid fermentation with special cultures.
