Core competence
To ensure an optimal vegetable growing – juice production – storage – on-time delivery value chain, it is vital that our farmer /growers and the customers that buy our juice co-operate closely. We act as the intermediary here.
In spring our organic farmers need to know what to plant, so that in the autumn our customers receive the agreed quantities in the agreed quality. And between farmer and customer comes a great deal of beverage technology, process technology and laboratory analytics, in other words: our special expertise.
Anticipating consumer needs
Our customers’ customers, i.e. consumers, are increasingly interested in what goes into our delicious juices:
- How sustainably are the juices produced?
- Can they really trust organic labels?
- Which region do the vegetables come from?
- Do we keep our CO2 emissions low?
We are always keen to provide the answers to such questions.
Partnerships with suppliers
Organic farming needs constant promotion. Through cultivation contracts we help safeguard farmers’ incomes and give suppliers planning security. For farmers we are an essential buffer between supply and demand and when weather conditions affect the harvest.
